Heartiest congratulations to Dr Ben Fok Wai Kwong, President of the Financial Planning Association of Singapore and CEO of Bill Morrisons Capital Pte Ltd (“BMCPL”), on being conferred the 2025 IBF Distinguished Fellow Award in Financial Planning by the Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF) Singapore on 9 October 2025.  

Dr Ben is a pioneer in Singapore’s financial services industry with over 35 years of experience, and he has been instrumental in advancing the professionalism, ethics, and educational standards of financial planning.
